These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website, programmes, and services provided by Connect Talent CIO (Registered Charity Number 1169975), having its office at St James's House, Suite E3, 8th Floor, Pendleton Way, Salford, M6 5FW.
By browsing our website, submitting an inquiry, registering for training courses, or donating equipment, you agree to comply with these terms in full.
2. Charitable Programmes & Device Allocation
Connect Talent CIO delivers free digital literacy training, National Databank SIM cards, and refurbished IT devices to eligible beneficiaries in Salford and Greater Manchester. All awards, laptop distributions, and workshop slots are subject to funding availability, criteria verification, and charitable discretion.
3. Transparent Cancellation & Unsubscribe Rights
We believe in simple, barrier-free interactions. You may withdraw, cancel, or unsubscribe at any time:
- Newsletter & Communication Opt-Out: Every email newsletter contains a direct 1-click unsubscribe link. You may also email admin@connect-talent.org to be removed instantly.
- Event & Workshop Withdrawals: If you cannot attend a registered digital workshop or Move & Groove session, simply reply to your confirmation email or call us to release the place for someone else. There are never any fees or penalties.
- Volunteer Applications: Volunteers may pause or conclude their participation at any point without restriction.
4. Recurring Donations & Financial Contributions
For financial gifts and donor pledges made towards our charitable mission:
- Zero-Lock-in Cancellations: If you set up a standing order or recurring gift, you maintain complete control and may pause or cancel it directly with your bank or through our donor portal at any time without fees.
- Pledge Modifications: If you pledge corporate IT hardware or refurbished laptops and wish to alter pickup schedules or device quantities, our logistics team will accommodate changes promptly.
- Refund Policy: If a financial donation was submitted in error, contact us within 14 days and we will issue a full refund promptly.
5. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use
All text, graphics, trademarks, logos, and materials published on this website are owned by or licensed to Connect Talent CIO. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Automated scraping, unauthorized data extraction, or malicious misuse of our contact forms is strictly prohibited.
