- Assistive Tools: If AI-assisted tools are utilized for content drafting, translation, or accessibility enhancements, they operate strictly within secure, private enterprise boundaries with human verification.
- No Automated Decisions: We never make automated eligibility determinations regarding charity support or device distributions; all referrals and grants are reviewed by qualified human staff.

You have the absolute right to request the permanent deletion of your personal contact records, referral submissions, or uploaded documents at any time. We process all erasure requests within 30 calendar days with zero fee.
