Connect Talent CIO is excited to announce that we are actively referring motivated candidates into an intensive, career-launching Access to Stewarding programme in partnership with G4S.
Taking place at St Matthew's Community Hall in Stretford, this three-week full-time course provides accredited event safety training, continuous interaction with G4S hiring managers, and an opportunity to progress to an interview and job opportunity at premier sports stadiums, concert arenas, and entertainment venues across Greater Manchester.
What Does the Programme Offer?
Stewarding Training
Learn crowd management, health & safety standards, conflict de-escalation, and venue protocols to work safely at major matches and festivals.
Meet G4S Directly
Benefit from direct, face-to-face interaction with G4S recruitment leaders and operational supervisors throughout the duration of the course.
A Route into Work
There is an opportunity to progress to an interview and job opportunity with G4S upon course completion.

- ✔ Aged 19 or over
- ✔ Resident in Greater Manchester
- ✔ Currently unemployed and not in full-time study
- ✔ Have valid photo ID (e.g. Passport, Biometric Card, Driving Licence)
- ✔ Have the right to work and study in the UK
- ✔ Able to commit to the full 3-week course schedule
