From basic mouse-clicking to certified office software proficiency: witnessing the immense pride and confidence of our graduating learners.
There are few moments as inspiring as a graduation ceremony. Connect Talent CIO hosted a formal certification ceremony honoring over 100 adult learners and community members who successfully completed our accredited training courses in Essential Digital Skills, online security, office administration, and career progression.
The graduation brought together proud families, community mentors, training facilitators, and partner representatives from the Good Things Foundation and CPD certification bodies to recognize the determination and hard work of each participant.
Overcoming Digital Barriers & Building Confidence
Many of our graduates began their journey with high anxiety around digital technology—some had never turned on a computer or sent an email. Through patient, small-group tutoring and tailored support for dyslexia and English-as-an-additional-language learners, each student progressed step by step to full digital independence.
Recognized Credentials for Workplace Readiness
The certificates awarded carry national recognition through Learn My Way and CPD accreditation. Graduates have leveraged these qualifications to apply for administrative jobs, enroll in higher education, launch local micro-businesses, and mentor peers in their neighbourhoods.
A Festive Day of Recognition & Fellowship
Keynote speeches from trustees and learner representatives moved the room to tears and standing ovations. The ceremony concluded with group portraits, celebration cake, and celebratory networking.
