Patient, one-on-one technology tutoring that turns everyday digital anxiety into lasting independence and confidence.

Throughout autumn 2024, Connect Talent CIO expanded its weekly drop-in digital clinics at Pendleton Gateway, opening accessible training doors for adults and seniors navigating digital exclusion.

From setting up secure Universal Credit and NHS App accounts to online banking safety, video messaging, and basic computer fundamentals, our small-group workshops provide a relaxed, supportive environment where no question is too basic.

Tailored One-on-One Support for Every Learner

Our certified tutors work at each learner’s individual pace, incorporating accessible dyslexia tools, multilingual explanations, and hands-on tablet and laptop practice. Learners quickly gain the confidence to handle everyday digital tasks independently.
